As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, coordination, and execution of site projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Develop, define and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget Review and execute customer orders Track project costs in order to meet budget Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Coordinate and manage all aspects of projects Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Manage project resources, including contractors and subcontractors Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including government officials and community members Identify and address any project-related issues or challenges Prepare and present project status reports to senior management Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, specifically in structural projects. Extensive knowledge of construction practices and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities and ability to work effectively with diverse teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software Experience working with government agencies and understanding of government regulations and processes Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
