Responsibilities Lead and manage telecommunication projects from initiation to completion Develop project plans, including goals, budget, timeline, and resource allocation Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are met Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines Conduct project evaluations and recommend improvements for future projects Requirements Proven experience as a project manager in the telecommunications industry Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems, technologies, and industry trends Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA PMP certification or other relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2) would be a plus
