A Property Administrator Assistant's main responsibility will be to support the property management team in efficiently managing and maintaining properties. You will assist with administrative tasks, tenant relations, lease processing, and property maintenance coordination. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the properties and provide excellent customer service to tenants. Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. Maintain accurate records and databases related to leases, tenants, vendors, and property maintenance. Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and schedule property tours, inspections, and move-ins/move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants. Lease Processing: Assist the property management team in processing lease agreements, including drafting lease documents, obtaining signatures, and communicating lease terms and conditions to tenants. Coordinate lease renewals and rent increases as per the company policies. Property Maintenance Coordination: Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs. Communicate with vendors, schedule appointments, and ensure timely response to maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure completion and tenant satisfaction. Document Management: Organize and maintain property documents, including leases, contracts, insurance policies, and warranties. 6. Compliance and Legal Requirements: Assist in ensuring that properties comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes. High school diploma A valid South African Drivers License Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of property management software, such as MDA is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Professional demeanor and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and follow instruction from direct line Manager. Market related Apply Now
