Property Coordinator - Cape Town City Centre

Minimum Requirements
  1. Grade 12
  2. At least 2 years experience in a similar role dealing with property administration
  3. Experience using MRI system
  4. Deadline orientated

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Debt Collecting
  • In & Out inspections of units
  • Checking on cleaners
  • Inspect and check on Buildings/General
  • Inspect all units once/twice a year
  • Check legitimacy of tenants once/twice a year
  • General survey with tenants yearly
  • Show units to prospective tenants
  • Preparing lease agreements
  • Tenant meetings
  • Property administration
  • Enforce contractual obligations
  • Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants
  • Customer service
  • Rent collections
  • Inspect buildings
  • Inspect individual units
  • Check legitimacy of tenants
  • Lease agreements signed and up to date
  • In and out inspections
