Property Finance Consultant - Financial Services Location: Nelspruit There is an exciting new opportunity available at a well-established financial services concern for a Property Finance Consultant. The vacancy will be based in the Nelspruit branch. The Property Finance Consultant's responsibilities include to actively prospect potential home loan clients, through lead providers (agents and originators) and through personal marketing and people engagement opportunities, then by using the appropriate needs analysis based selling techniques, either switches them from other financial institutions or to offer them a new home finance packages that is tailor made and accompanied by the company's amazing service. One's alignment to the business strategy will be to ensure that roll up branch, regional and national targets are achieved and hence contribute to maximising company profits and shareholder value. Key Responsibilities: Source potential clients Identify needs Match relevant product package to relevant need Explain the LOA (final grant) and close the deal Maintain customer contact and follow-up Applications capture and file construction Qualifications and Experience: Own car / transport is essential Driver's License Clear Credit and Criminal records essential Completed Matric qualification A minimum of 2 - 3 years' proven track record in Sales in a Home Loans environment Experience operating in an environment that requires proactive prospecting (a hunter) Must have worked in a pressurised sales environment Willingness to work on a lower basic salary with high commission earning potential Exceptionally strong admin skill set Desired Skills: Property Finance Consultant Home Loan Sales Proactive Prospecting People Engagement Home Loan Clients Lead Providers (Agents and Originators) Home Finance Packages Needs Analysis Based Selling Techniques Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric About The Employer: A well-established financial services concern.
