Degree/ MBA preferred
Come from a leadership background in Fuel Retail/FMCG industry or even fuel Property exposure.
Able to drive business growth, operational excellence and achieve financial objectives
Able to assess the current Retail outlets and take them to another "level" of excellence
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks within Fuel Retail/FMCG space
Strong strategic planning and execution skills
Excellent knowledge of the South Africa Market Fuel Retail arena
Financial acumen and budget management attributes
Solid negotiation in business skills
