REQUIREMENTS:

  • Finance or Business Management Qualification
  • Proficiency on the WeconnectU rental asset management system (Advantageous)
  • At least 3 years experience in the property management environment
  • Experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Experience in recoveries and arrear rental and levy collections.
  • Knowledge of POPI and PPRA
  • Experience in managing staff and running a small team.

DUTIES:

  • Ensure all properties are loaded correctly on management system.
  • Ensure all leases and renewals are done timeously.
  • Ensure all recoveries are inputted correctly on management system.
  • Dealing with account related queries.
  • Deal with the COCT/Eskom on billing issues.
  • Ensure all rental invoices/statements are sent out.
  • Ensure all daily payments are loaded correctly.
  • Ensure all deposits are reconciled, signed off and released.
  • Manage small team of accounts and admin staff.
  • Manage all aspects collections/debtors and report back to clients.
  • Control and Audit trust account.
  • Attending weekly/monthly management meeting and report back on activities.
  • Manage all aspects related to company compliance (FICA, FIC, PPA, POPI and Insurance)
  • Manage general day-to-day office requirements
