REQUIREMENTS: - Finance or Business Management Qualification
- Proficiency on the WeconnectU rental asset management system (Advantageous)
- At least 3 years experience in the property management environment
- Experience in accounting and financial management.
- Experience in recoveries and arrear rental and levy collections.
- Knowledge of POPI and PPRA
- Experience in managing staff and running a small team.
DUTIES: - Ensure all properties are loaded correctly on management system.
- Ensure all leases and renewals are done timeously.
- Ensure all recoveries are inputted correctly on management system.
- Dealing with account related queries.
- Deal with the COCT/Eskom on billing issues.
- Ensure all rental invoices/statements are sent out.
- Ensure all daily payments are loaded correctly.
- Ensure all deposits are reconciled, signed off and released.
- Manage small team of accounts and admin staff.
- Manage all aspects collections/debtors and report back to clients.
- Control and Audit trust account.
- Attending weekly/monthly management meeting and report back on activities.
- Manage all aspects related to company compliance (FICA, FIC, PPA, POPI and Insurance)
- Manage general day-to-day office requirements
