PROPERTY MANAGER VACANCY - REMOTE POSITION AVAILABLE FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CANDIDATES PUBLISHED: 13 MAY 2024 My client based in New York is seeking a professional, highly organised, and efficient Virtual Property Manager who is experienced in Rentals, to join their dynamic team. Successful incumbent will provide exceptional remote service and maximise value to clients of their real estate investments. Requirements: Able to work remotely international hours & time zones Manage a portfolio of properties Utilize Rent Manager software to maintain accurate and up-to-date property records including leasing, rent payments, maintenance requests & financial transactions Oversee all aspects of tenant relations, including: leasing, renewals, resolving issues & disputes in a professional and timely manner Co-ordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure quality workmanship & cost-effective solutions Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify maintenance needs & ensure compliance with lease agreements & regulatory requirements Prepare and present regular reports to clients, providing insights into property performance, financials and recommend strategies for improvement Develop & maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors & other stakeholders to foster positive and collaborative environment Stay informed of market trends, rental rates & regulatory charges affecting the property management industry and adapt strategies accordingly Duties: Communicate professionally with their Rental client base and vendors Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management with demonstrated track records of success Extensive knowledge of programme RENTMANAGER (Essential) Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail Problem resolution skills with ability to make sound decisions under pressure Hourly rate on offer. Working international New York times zones from your home office. Working Hours South African Time Zone: 15h00 pm to 24h00 pm / 16h00 to 01h00 am You will need your own laptop / WIFI and internet connectivity. Must be available immediately to start position.
