As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Sales Representative to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Property Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and closing lucrative property investment opportunities for our high net worth clients. You will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building lasting relationships, and exceeding targets through proactive prospecting and strategic negotiation. This position requires a hunter mentality, resilience, and exceptional negotiation skills to thrive in a competitive market environment. The ideal candidate will come from property sales, financial services or direct sales. Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue potential high net worth clients interested in property investment opportunities. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify prime investment properties aligned with client preferences and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide personalized investment recommendations. Effectively negotiate terms and prices to secure favorable deals for both clients and the company. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure seamless transaction processes. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Proven track record of success in property sales, preferably within the luxury real estate sector. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high net worth clients. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless pursuit of targets and goals. Resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Knowledge of the Kuala Lumpur property market and its dynamics is preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field is advantageous.
