A leading, long-established, very large pharmaceutical company, with a broad portfolio of famous brand pharma products, has an awesome opportunity for a recently completed Community Service pharmacist (B.Pharm required) to join the industry as a Quality Assurance pharmacist. Preference for a male candidate for this team. You MUST already live in Jhb candidates who are not already in jhb will not be considered (even if they are happy to relocate). The position reports to the QA Manager. Learn about GMP (Good manufacturing practices), GWP (Good Warehousing practices), and GDP (Good Distribution practices) within an established pharmaceutical company. Learn about SOPs, audits, temperature monitoring, distribution agreements, investigations of technical complaints, trends analysis, annual product reviews, and disposal of expired and rejected stock. This is an entry-level position – no previous experience is required. Internship or Community Service in Production, or QA, or RA, is an advantage. B.Pharm degree is required. Location reasonably close enough to Houghton or Parktown (Jhb) is required. Entry-level position with an opportunity to enter indsutry at a top pharmaceutical company. A salary of R45k ctc p/m (with a possible annual incentive bonus, in time) is envisaged for this position (non-negotiable).
