My client is seeking to hire a QA Tester in CApe Town. Root Cause Analysis. Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios based on software requirements. Create and execute tests on software usability. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. Analysing test results on errors or bugs, and usability. Preparing reports and documentation on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team. Interacting with various teams to understand product requirements. Troubleshooting and debugging, identifying defects in detail. Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems Technologies used: - Postman, Google Workspace, Confluence, JIRA, Trello, Django, Figma. Bachelor's degree and/or certificates in IT or related field Industry experience 1 year of experience in QA testing Communication (written and presentation) Teamwork Troubleshooting Flexibility/ adaptibility Attention to detail Time management Problem-solving Ability to work autonomously Experience in manual testing Report writing You will benefit from: Experience in automated testing A software development background Familiarity with agile principles and Jira/Confluence
