The main job purpose is to drive the Quality Management Systems and Hygiene agenda for site by ensuring full deployment of external Quality standards, QV assessments, GMP, HACCP and Microbiology. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Quality Management system Implement and maintain quality management systems. Ensure Consumer safety through the operation of effective HACCP, Enzyme control, GMP and Traceability programs; compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and satisfy any other applicable external consumer safety standards. Ensuring Foreign Material risk assessments is up to date and management system for site is fully imbedded. Owns Unilever Consumer Safety Program and coordinates to HACCP study reviews Conducts internal audits and drive gap closure at site Owns regulatory compliance and validations Build relationships with external bodies and audit/training service providers Reports SAP QM/ Interspec Specifications issues Owns the integrity and correctness of specifications and lease with respective internal stakeholders Basic UMS tools implemented for problem solving. C&D and CIP efficiency improvement and updating CIP matrix. Responsible for governance and robust Management of change (MOC) for site Incident Management Leads all recalls, consumer safety and serious incidents investigations Reports and liaise with GTM on all site incidents Makes stock return judgement based on the safety and quality of the products and recommends the necessary action in line with site and Company policy Co-ordinates the paper work and supervises the physical action to ensure the follow through of recommendation Hygiene Ensures that the plant is hygienic and microbiologically safe for the production, by monitoring the implementation of appropriate and sustainable hygiene program is in place, according to GMP Conducts audit and identify suitable corrective action Ensures that immediate corrective action is implemented in the case of non-conformance and possible risk to product safety Conducts hygiene audits of the factory environment, site canteens and ablutions Monitors performance of on-site cleaning contractors through verification activities Owns and deploys Global Personnel Hygiene Standards Owns and deploys HACCP Program Drives cleaning and validation program for site Manages site pest control Implement foreign matter management program WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Biotechnology or any relevant Degree Experience in factory quality field QMS and SAP QM experience Quality Management Systems and Hygiene experience Skills Quality Improvement Methodology Quality Management Data Analytics Problem solving Hygiene Management Leadership You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
