Position: Quality Assurance Food TechnicianLocation: Durban NorthMinimum Qualifications Required: Grade 12 National Diploma In Quality Assurance/National Diploma In Food Technology 2-3 yrs Experience working in a FMCG/Food manufacturing sector Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act is a must Knowledge of FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System Knowledge and experience in Research & Development (R&D) Roles and Responsibilities: Exercise strong analytical skills to ensure compliance with quality standards Supervise and monitor Quality Control processes Monitoring raw materials Monitoring work in progress (WIP) Monitoring and evaluating the finished product quality Implementing and managing the Supplier Quality Assurance Program Research and development R 10 000 - R 15 000 - Monthly
