Duties and Requirements: Matric Relevant Quality qualification Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar management role and abattoir environment Implement and maintain HACCP systems Implement and enforce all relevant quality systems and procedures Handle all relevant audits and reports Oversee and manage all employees and quality department Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, including assessment methods and measurement systems e.g. ISO, HACCP, PRP’s, Maintenance for food safety etc. Reporting to the Operations Manager R 500000 - R 600000 - Annually
