This role will be responsible for setting up and monitoring systems to control the quality of products or services.The aim is to achieve a standard that satifies customer requirements. Controls and administers the routine day to day functioning of the QA. Liaises with Departmental Heards regarding allocation of specific responsibility and level of authority pertinent to documented QA procedures. Develops,co-ordinates and provides data for annual departmental budget. Plans,schedules and controls internal QA System audits and monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of corrective action. Write, supervise,co-ordinates and controls preparation and issues of QA procedures and standards. Supervises and co-ordinates the complilation of data from NCR's and Supplier complaints. Co-odinates and control customer complaints, supplier complaints, NCR's and corrective action. Communicate with customer agents and suppliers regarding quality system issues.Interprets the requirements of QA Standards. Convenes and co-ordinates Management Quality Improvement metings and prepares data on the status of the Quality Improvement. Liaises with Quality Assurance Accreditation Authorities on matters regarding assessment audits,certification, and corrective action. Manages subordinates' key performances areas by setting and monitoring performance standards. Assure a safe and hazard-free workplace in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards and safe practices. Atleast 5-10 years' experience in the manufacturing environment in which 5 years was at supervisory level. Quality Control and Quality Assurance Experience. NQF Level 6 quaification-Degree/NHD Total Quality Management. ISO 9001 : 2015 Implementation and Auditing. SANAS 17025 : 2017 Implementation and Auditing. R50 000-R70 000
