As a Quality Controller/Proofreader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision in our visual assets, ensuring they align with campaign guidelines and meet the expectations of our global clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Visual Asset Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on reverts and final visual assets, including graphics, images, layouts, and other design elements for both print and digital media. Verify that visual materials adhere to brand guidelines, specifications, and industry standards. Collaborate with the design team to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. Ensure that all brief requirements have been met. Proofreading: Review and annotate where required for grammar, spelling, asset accuracy. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across various communication channels according to established campaign style guides. Communication and Reporting: Time track all changes and record these daily. Advantageous Experience with proofing Arabic & French would be advantageous. Understanding technical visual requirements for social & print. Advertising agency experience. Qualifications 4 years' working experience Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field. Be willing to assist team members and work overtime when required Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment; be able to respond and adapt quickly Have strong time management and self-management skills Have a positive attitude and be a team player - reliability is key Additional Information Publicis Group is proud to be an Equal opportunity employer and prohibits any forms of Discrimination or Harassment.
