The primary responsibility is to ensure the company's adherence to industry laws and regulations, particularly in the B-BBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) sector. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant industry field.Previous experience in B-BBEE verification and compliance.In-Dept knowledge of B-BBEE compliance requirements and standards.Exceptional capability to develop compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.Advanced analytical and technical skills.Strong research and professional networking abilities.Proficiency in preparing accurate quality compliance reports.Ability to conduct effective employee training sessions.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Scope of Work:Researching B-BBEE industry compliance regulations and policies to ensure thorough understanding.Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance against established standards.Analyzing and revising existing compliance policies and related documentation as needed.Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Management and relevant departments.Assisting in the development and implementation of new compliance policies and procedures as required.Participating in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.Conducting employee training sessions on B-BBEE compliance requirements.Maintaining regular communication with management and providing detailed compliance reports.
