Understanding of the Quality procedures and site GMP requirements
Ensuring Quality and Hygiene procedures and checks are in place and up to-date
Ensuring Food standards in respect of safety, legality and customer requirements are met
Controlling quality, training, internal auditing, aiding investigations for customer complaints; and ensuring remedial action are promptly taken to ensure the issue does not occur again
A comprehensive understanding of food standards in respect of safety, legality and customer requirements
Controlling quality, training, internal auditing, aiding investigations for customer complaints and ensuring remedial action are promptly taken to ensure the issue does not occur again.
Responsible for Quality Management System tasks which include:
Process control checks
Hygiene / GMP inspection
Foreign body hunts and checks
Traceability
Non-conformance (alerts and investigations)
