- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role within the electronics industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Experience with project management principles and tools is a plus.
- Understanding of relevant quality control standards and regulations is beneficial.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
