RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our client's team. Our client is a reputable company in need of a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support their quality initiatives. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control processes and procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and analyze quality data and metrics. Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and update quality documentation and records. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality. Requirements Previous experience in a quality coordination role. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
