Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail. Checking materials, products, and equipment to make sure they meet the standardsAnalyzing data to find and fix any quality problemsCreating and enforcing rules to ensure things are made rightWorking with other teams to solve quality problems and make things betterKeeping accurate records of checks and testsInforming bosses and teams about any quality issuesWatching how things are made and suggesting ways to make them better and fasterTeaching teams how to make things rightTesting electronic parts to make sure they won't break before they're usedChecking how well quality control works and suggesting ways to make it betterMaking sure quality rules are followed in all parts of the companyKeeping up with new ideas to make quality control betterWatching how well a product or service works and suggesting fixes if there are problemsMaking sure the company follows the rules about quality controlTrying out new parts or materials and saying if they're good enough to use Skills & Experience: Planning skillsExcellent attention to detailManagement and coordination of people Qualification:Degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial.Lean Six Sigma certification (beneficial) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
