A global mining manufacturer is looking to employ an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager with 5 – 10 years' experience in a similar environment. Minimum Requirements Matric BSc Degree or National Diploma Registration with the relevant Statutory Body (e.g. SACNASP) Valid driver's license and own vehicle Minimum of 5 – 10 years' experience in a management role Knowledgeable in IS0 9001, ISO 17025, Chemistry, Statistics, Quality Management, laboratory quality assurance, NNR, DoE and SHEQ Extensive knowledge of chemical methods and principles Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence Effectively managing the Quality team Designing, setting up and maintaining all QMS requirements for ISO[Phone Number Removed]; and 17043 Compiling Certificates, Proficiency Reports and MSDS's for all projects Conducting laboratory quality monitoring Reviewing and assessing all proficiency testing laboratories to ensure necessary compliance and accreditations Managing the SLA system for all participating laboratories Desired Skills: ISO9001 QMS SOP compliance Employer & Job Benefits: Including medical aid and pension fund
