Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 with relevant Qualification
Computer Literate
Be willing to work shifts and overtime
Experience in Agriculture/Farming/Packhouse will be added advantage
Healthy and Safety-ensure quality control team follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures and adhere to all signages
Hygiene-ensure that all quality control areas are always clean and neat and that all hygiene protocols and rules are adhered to
Responsible for planning testing schedules in accordance with production scope or delivery dates and ensuring that no tests are missed. (Internals/ Intake/MRL`s /
Retention)
Reviewing regulatory standards and trends to stay updated of issues in the field of quality control (Customer Complaints/Out-of-Spec products/Intake QC)
Capturing of quality related data/documents as well generating reports for feedback to stakeholders (Internals/Intake QC/Rejections/MRL`s and Retention)
Non-conformance reporting of products or processes, with root cause analysis or quality trends
Monitoring of Quality processes, team competencies and effectiveness of process controls
Ordering of quality testing stock as per Testing plans and projected volume
