Grade 12
Experience in Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour essential
Strong Project Management knowledge and experience is essential
Strong Customer relations
Strong verbal and written communications in English
Advanced MS Excel skills
Valid driver’s license essential

Strong mathematical knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Analytical thinking skills
Knowledge of building and construction
Ability to use own initiative
