RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include estimating costs, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects Create and maintain project documentation, including bills of quantities and tender documents Monitor and control project costs and budgets Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success Perform site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with project specifications Prepare progress reports and assist with final account negotiations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Benefits Salary, negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
