Strong verbal and written communication skills Competency in mathematical and accounting principles Reports, feasibility studies and cost analyses of processes Manage multiple projects at the same time. Excellent construction- and general project management skills Be able and willing to mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors. Sound knowledge of the JBCC and other relevant building contracts Sound knowledge of CIDB standards Have a working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015) 4 years post-Pr QS registration experience Public facilities building experience. Preferably experience with Government projects and the South African tender process Education & certificates: BSc (Hons) QS or similar qualification in Quantity Surveying that allows for professional registration.
