We are a well established and growing accounting practice based in Edenvale who are looking for an experienced Quickbooks Online bookkeeper as a first requirement. Other software connected to Quickbooks Online includes Dext and LeanLaw, so experience with the additional software would be advantageous. You will mainly be responsible for the day to day processing of a particular client, whilst also being allocated clients who make use of Xero. You will also be responsible for loading of payments in the bank for the client, and interacting with the clients billing and admin team. A Balance Sheet bookkeeper would be ideal, however we will consider Trial Balance bookkeepers as well. Quickbooks certification would be advantageous. Minimum of two years experience in terms of working on Quickbooks Online is required. The candidate should have attention to detail and be client focused. Depending on experience, we are looking in the range of R18 000 - R25 000k CTC pm.
