Rainbow is looking for a Maintenance Builder to join the KZN Agriculture Maintenance. Required Qualifications: Matric or Grade 12 Building Trade Test – CIBD & NHBRC Registered Drivers license – valid Code 10 with PDP Required Experience: Minimum 5 years industrial experience. Poultry experience advantageous. Must be willing to work shifts, standby, weekends and overtime Required Knowledge: Supervisory/leadership skills Knowledge and application of disciplinary processes Administrative knowledge – Project Management Basics of plumbing, mechanical and civils Minimum 5 years post qualification experience. Role Responsibilities: Ability to read drawings, build and maintain all ablutions, houses, offices, drainage, minor road repairs and roof repairs and installations. Inspection of machinery and equipment as per supplier requirements set out in the maintenance manuals. Planning of work according to maintenance plan and schedule and per breakdown General Training and development of self and maintenance handyman under direct supervision.
