We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Kempton Park, South Africa. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling properties to potential buyers, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process. Showcasing properties to potential buyers and renters. Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Negotiating contracts and terms of sale. Promoting properties through various marketing channels. Providing guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices. Collaborating with other real estate professionals, such as attorneys, mortgage lenders, and inspectors. Handling administrative tasks related to property listings, contracts, and client communication. Meeting sales targets and objectives set by the company. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation(not negotiable). Matric certification or equivalent. Reside in Kempton Park(not negotiable). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Smartphone with internet access for communication and property listings. Laptop or tablet for presentations and administrative tasks.
