Receiving Supervisor - Port Elizabeth
RECEIVING SUPERVISOR / PORT ELIZABETH – Position is available immediately
Minimum Requirements;
Grade 12 minimum
Valid Code 8 License
Highly experienced in Receiving and Dispatching
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook e-mail
Strong Communication in English
FMCG Industry experience advantageous
Must have own cell phone and reliable transport to and from work
Must be good/accurate with numbers and stock control
Must be able to delegate and manage a team of staff
Must be reliable, trustworthy and able to work on their own
Must be physically active, on feet most of the time
Basic HR knowledge
Health & Safety exposure would be an advantage
Duties include;
Dealing and interacting with Principals (external), Admin. and Management Internal
Handling day to day running of receiving/outbound loading
Ensure all incoming loads are offloaded, checked
Out Bound loads to other depots
Complete relevant admin. tasks
Will report directly to Depot Manager
Salary: R14 – R18k (depending on experience)
Hours of work – Monday to Friday 10h00am to 20h00pm (may be some overtime required)
