Role Overview: As our Reception and Front Desk professional, you'll play a crucial role in managing the guest experience and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and a genuine curiosity about Cape Town's experiences and culture. Salary: R7,000 – R10,000 Monthly, Non-Negotiable Minimum Requirements: Prior experience in hospitality is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency and experience working with computers/laptops (Mac, Office, Outlook, etc.). Job Description: Manage reservations, promptly respond to guest inquiries, and facilitate tour sales and bookings. Conduct room inspections to maintain our luxury standards. Welcome guests warmly, ensuring accurate check-ins and billing processes. Handle daily operational reports, invoices, and pre-checkout procedures efficiently. Build connections with guests, offering recommendations and insights to enhance their stay. Utilize excellent communication skills to engage in meaningful conversations with guests.
