Reception/ Back-up therapist Location: Table Bay, V&A Waterfront, Western Cape Salary: Basic: R 7 000 – R8 000. Commission on retail and treatments, voucher and membership sales and performance incentives. Duties: Make guest bookings, re-book and actively promote spa and services. Very strong administration and sales skills. Answer phone calls and emails. Monthly Reports. Cash up duties. Ensure spa is set up and ready for guests as well as welcoming guests in warm friendly manner. Perform back-up therapy Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a spa reception position is required ESP and Micros is advantageous for this position Good Computer literacy Organised and strong administration skills Mature and responsible Passionate and target driven Well-groomed to present the brand Strong verbal and written communication Qualified in ITEC or CIDESCO Receptionist/ Back-up Therapist: Working hours: Shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8 and 12-9 (Will be required to work a minimum of 13x 12-9 shifts per month) One off weekend per month.
