Reception/back up Therapist Location:Hoedspruit, Limpopo Salary: R8500 basic comm, 10% on retail Excellent additional benefits to be discussed at interview Position Overview: A world class 5- Star hotel chain is opening a new safari lodge and is seeking an energetic reception/back up Therapist to assist at the front desk. The position requires a flexible energetic individual with impeccable people skills and one who can think on their feet. Duties: Ascertain and provide solutions for all guests specific needs. Ensure Spa is consistently staged and showcase all available spa menu options Guide guests in selecting appropriate treatments suitable to their needs Maintain professional communication with other hotel departments to ensure optimal functioning of the Spa. Requirements: National/International Beauty Diploma minimum 1 year course Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury lodge or resort environment Cruise ship experience advantageous Confident and competent to perform face & body treatments and home-care recommendations. Exceptionally well groomed. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Proficient in Outlook & Excel with knowledge of CHI Desk advantageous Own reliable transport Fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Spa Operating hours: 8am-8pm Daily 45 hours per week Open on Public holidays Start date: 1 April 2024 Please send the following to candicetrs.org.za : -C.V in word format with a picture of yourself -Qualifications -References
