The candidate has to reside in Johannesburg/Pretoria region with relevant experience. The suitable candidate Must have Matric and/or relevant Tertiary with at least 3 years working experience in the capacity of a Receptionist. Duties and Responsibility: Acting as first point of contact for the Chairperson. n Answering all incoming call and emails, transferring where applicable. Doing the daily diary of the Chairperson. Excellent knowledge of all MS systems and Excel. Ensuring all correspondence have been cleared and followed up on. Good communication skills Welcoming guests and determining the nature of business Provide support to the office in terms of receptionist duties Ensuring the receptionist area is maintained neat an tidy Keeping record and arranging of hand mail Making copies when required General administration.
