We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and employees Assist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries Coordinate and maintain office supplies inventory Support various administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Customer service-oriented mindset Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus Apply Now
