Receptionist - Johannesburg

This candidate would be responsible for attending to customer queries and requests over the telephone as well as face-to-face for the reception and boardrooms; and management of boardroom diaries including arranging of functions and catering. Ensure boardrooms are tidy after meetings, perform general office administration duties, including photocopying, faxing, binding and scanning.
Preparation of correspondence such as letters and minutes would be necessary.
Qualifications & experience:
  • Secretarial qualification would be advantageous
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar environment
