My client is a corporate leader in their field. They need a corporate-fit Receptionist to operate their professional reception desk.
Minimum Requirements
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries
- Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages accurately
- Greet persons entering the school and direct them to the correct destination
- Deal with queries from students and customers
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
Job requirements:
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Grade 12
- Post Matric qualification would be beneficial
- Experience in a Corporate environment
- Extremely presentable
- Multi-lingual (English + official languages) would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Customer Service
- Ability to operate a switchboard
- Additional languages will be an advantage
