(Read, Speak and Understand) • Friendly and well-mannered with proficient telephone and email etiquette. • Efficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel Word) • Printing, Copying, Scanning, Sorting and Filing – Attention to detail important. • Requesting of quotations and invoices. • Basic Accounting understanding – for quotation and invoice comparisons, petty cash recons completing of requisitions (GL allocations, VAT and Discount treatment). • Trustworthy, honest, and punctual. • Booking of venues, flights, and accommodation. • Purchase of monthly head office supplies and record keeping thereof. • Ad hoc Head Office tasks and administration as and when required.
