Duties include but not subject to: - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Relay messages to staff where required
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Assist clients when collecting orders
- Follow up with suppliers on behalf of clients and sales team
- Filing (Orders, Picking slips, invoices)
- Document archiving
- Co-ordinate and compile material sample packs for sales team
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Maintain office supplies (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Ordering and management of groceries
- Ad-hoc administrative duties when necessary
Requirements: - Must have at least 2 to 3 years Reception and General administration experience
- Grade 12 Qualification
- Must have contactable references
- Must have MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) Experience
- Team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
