Basic Reception duties Administration Patient care Assist with cleaning of hearing aids, as well as minor repairs on hearing aids - training will be provided Assist with marketing initiatives Build good relationships with patients and excellent customer service Overseeing the general housekeeping of the practice Basic financial responsibilities - managing petty cash, receiving cash / card payments; issuing receipts & weekly banking Billing and medical aid administration & queries Invoicing Filing At least 3 years' experience as a Receptionist or Administrator Experience working with medical aid claims will be advantageous Proficient in both English and Afrikaans Grade 12 certificate Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) Syspro experience will be beneficial Own vehicle and valid drivers licence Clear criminal background (willing to undergo a criminal and cridit check) Contactable references Market related Provident fund and Medical aid benefits Apply Now
