We communicate with honesty and respect and work relentlessly, with passion and energy. We require a full time Receptionist who will be based at our very busy showroom in Bellville. MAIN DUTIES: Provide a professional service and image to callers, clients and staff by managing a very busy reception and switchboard Provide excellent customer service by supporting customer services, coordinating administration and filing and maintaining functionality and supplies of the showroom office equipment REQUIREMENTS: National Senior Certificate Fluent in English and Afrikaans Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role with client relations exposure and knowledge of switchboard operations Computer literate (MS Office) Must be able to work every second Saturday from 09:00 till 14:00 Skills and Knowledge required: Customer service orientated Very good at managing a very busy switchboard Exceptional telephone skills Good housekeeping skills Ability to multi-task Ability to cope in a fast pace and high pressure environment We offer a market-related salary with company benefits, depending on experience.
