Description We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Temporary Receptionist . As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members Maintain a clean and organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications: Matric Certificate Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional and friendly demeanor Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Punctuality and reliability is essential for this role Apply Now
