Responsibilites (but not limited to): Meeting and greeting clients and offering refreshments All reception duties Switchboard duties Running errands and shopping Printing and binding Stationery ordering as well as equipment Booking of meeting rooms/boardrooms Travel arrangements Coordinate internal meetings/events. Requirements: Matric Undergraduate degree/ Diploma or equivalent qualification 5 - 7 years experience Driver's license Strong administrative experience Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) Excellent verbal & written communication skills Exceptional telephone etiquette Well organised Ability to work well with others Ability to take initiative Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Apply Now
