Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Receptionist Personal Assistant for a Property Management group based in Port Elizabeth, Gqeberha. The position is a 3 month contract to start with the possibly of an extension, and permanent placement should the candidate be able to maintain the work load and demands of the position and wish to stay on board with the team. Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills Matric; Marketing or similar qualifications Own Transport / Reliable transport to and from Work Working Hours – Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00pm (Fridays a little earlier around 14:00/15:00) Switchboard, Reception and PA duties; Ad hoc as requested (duties may change from time to time) Tech savvy – must be able to compile spreadsheet, manage dairies for management, e-signatures etc Assist various departments with administration management for the properties Position does not require any accounts or finance assistance, purely office management, telephone and diary management for the Director and departments. Strong work ethic, able to work under pressure and a team player.
