Receptionist/Employee Benefits Administrator - Pietermaritzburg - Pietermaritzburg

Responsibilities:
  • Receptionist answering the switchboard, transferring calls, and taking messages
  • General typing
  • Assisting with administration relating to Employee Benefit Schemes
  • Service and maintain existing clients and their records on Wealthcraft, the Retirement Cash Flow Forecaster and the Asset Allocation as is required by FAIS
  • Computer data base on Wealthcraft to be kept updated whenever a change is made to the client record
  • Any other tasks which you may be required to perform with regards to the clients Life/Investment Planning requirements
  • Calling for policy information
  • To assist where necessary when required with administration duties in the office

Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Financial Services, Payroll/HR, Accounting, Legal, or Insurance
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles within the financial services industry
