Leading recruitment company is seeking candidates for a contract position. Successful candidate would be required to oversee a portfolio of task within the bakery environment. Candidate would need to have a valid code 8 driver's license and own transport Responsibilities Reconciling of shipments daily Processing of incoming payments and clearing driver line items Check if all shipments are closed daily Ensure that drivers captured the correct information and claim numbers on the device (tablet) Ensure that drivers write out the correct material codes and update where necessary, Capture the reason codes as per despatch accurately Ensure that Driver hand recon correspond with system before accepting Follow up on outstanding payments, credit customer invoices and claims Reason for outstanding payments Sending out driver shorts weekly Filing Code 8 drivers licence MUST reside in Worcester Clear criminal record Matric N3-N6 diploma in Finance Competitive industry related
