Duties for this exciting positions include: Interpretation of the site measurements and notes. Designing a well thought-out kitchen that is functional and in-line with client’s personal aesthetics. Compilation of quotations and cut-lists for orders, presentation layouts, finishing and fixture schedules relating to the project and place orders. Creation of brochures, pamphlets, updating website and online social media posts for marketing purposes. Administrative duties (Data capturing, creating mailers, setting up spreadsheets, filing etc) Project managing sites and in the future ‘Client visits’ for quoting purposes. Assisting walk-in clients / client presentations in the showroom. Required Skills Kitchen Design: 1 to 2 years Candidate Requirements This is a junior role with loads of opportunities for growth in a great up market environment. The ideal candidate must have a qualification in Interior Design (Degree or National diploma) and sales/design experience would be preferable. Working hours include Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. This is not negotiable. She must also be well spoken and well presented. This is a permanent position. Salary is R13 500pm, benefits include medical aid. Candidate may be required to travel to clients from time to time, so own transport is preferable.
