Responsibilities: Recruitment and Candidate Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to conducting interviews. Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Build and nurture a supportive community among candidates, fostering engagement and collaboration. Client and Applicant Communication: Conduct regular calls with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions. Maintain open communication with applicants, offering support, advice, and guidance throughout the application and interview process. Be the main point of contact for candidate inquiries and concerns. Leadership and Community Building: Assume the role of the hiring manager, leading and nurturing a thriving community of candidates. Provide mentorship, support, and advice to candidates on career development and growth. Foster a sense of belonging and collaboration within the candidate community. Industry Knowledge and Psychology: Possess in-depth knowledge of e-commerce, advertising, SMMA, SaaS, and web 3 technologies. Utilize psychological insights to understand and address the unique needs and challenges of candidates. Offer personalized guidance to candidates, helping them navigate their career paths. Tech Savvy: Utilize various tools such as Google Docs, Notion, Slack, Loom, etc., to enhance communication and community engagement. Adapt quickly to new technologies that contribute to an efficient hiring and community-building process. Requirements Attributes: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Exhibit leadership qualities to effectively lead and manage a community of candidates. Possess a deep understanding of psychology and the ability to support and advise candidates on their career journeys. Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and build a community. Knowledge of e-commerce, advertising, SMMA, SaaS, and web 3 technologies. Proficient in using tools such as Google Docs, Notion, Slack, Loom, etc. Benefits Remote work with European working hours. Competitive salary ranging from €1,000 to €2,000 per month.
