Our Recruitment Consultant will be accountable for: Sales & Business Development: Proactive Hunting: Ability to develop a plan of action to proactively go after business opportunities in the marketplace. Sales: Introducing new clients to us through networking and leveraging your sales ability on the telephone. Service Through Delivery: Facilitate relationships with your client base through pro-active communication of deliverables and SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE. Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment cycle for the company accounts through: Sourcing & Networking : Identifying top talent. Pre-qualifying & Interviewing: Screening and interviewing candidates against specified criteria. As well as coordinating background checks of prospective candidates. Candidate Management: Assisting the team with managing an on-going pool of NEW and EXISTING candidates so we can continuously serve our customers. Recruitment Administration: From managing database, formatting CV’s to adhering to important government regulations, you cannot be afraid of dotting your "I's" and crossing your "T's" Attention to detail matters. Database: Ensuring the upkeep of the database through: Regular cleansing Updating daily Key Competencies: Diploma (minimum qualification) Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience Minimum of 2 years telesales sales experience (preferably service industry) External recruitment experience essential Excellent communication skills Able to develop long term client relationships Skills Required: Excellent communication skills Go getter Results driven Self-motivated Target driven Attention to detail Strong administration skills Goes above and beyond the call Excellent time management skills Experience in recruiting process Excellent sales and negotiating skills Other Requirements: Good database of clients and skilled candidates - advantageous Laptop Good internet Cell phone What you get: Basic starting from R6 000.00 Excellent commission structure Landline – for business calls This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis.
