Take on an existing desk and portfolio of clients A well-established boutique recruitment company have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to take over an existing recruitment desk / portfolio of clients. If you are a Graduate (HR, Psychology, Marketing or related fields), have an absolute passion for people and recruitment we would like to hear from you. Fluency in both Afrikaans and English would be beneficial. The ideal applicant will have: A senior certificate HR, Psychology, Marketing qualification 1-3 years recruitment experience Computer literate Persistence Ability to work under pressure The ideal applicant will be good at: Attracting clients to the Company Get a thorough understanding of clients needs Assisting clients with staffing solutions Negotiating fees with clients and concluding terms Sourcing and selecting of candidates against job specifications received from clients Conducting face to face interviews with candidates Conducting confidential working references on candidates Conducting Qualification, ITC and Criminal checks
